1. When should I make my booking?
Booking requests need to be made at least 7 days before arrival date. In order to secure and complete your booking the deposit needs to be received at least 5 days before arrival date otherwise your booking will be canceled.
2. How do I know when there is availability at the destination or resort?
You will first fill out a booking request and from there will receive information regarding availability at the particular destination or resort of interest. At this point you can go ahead and plan your trip. Please note that the booking is not completed and secured until you pay the deposit and receive a booking confirmation from us.
3. Can you book my flight?
We do not arrange for any air travel to and from your destination or resort. You are responsible for your own flight arrangements.
4. Should I book my flight before booking my stay at the destination or resort?
We advise that you check availability of flights before completing the booking with us. But please, do not pay for your flight before receiving the booking confirmation as availability at the selected destination or resort can change quickly.
5. What is the minimum age to make a booking?
You have to be at least 18 years of age in order to be the principle person making the booking. Persons under 18 years of age can be included in a booking and stay at the destination or resort but need to be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
6. Can I pay the balance by credit card upon arrival at the destination or resort?
Some destinations and resorts accept credit cards and some do not. We recommend that you bring a sufficient amount of cash to pay for the balance at the destination or resort.
7. Can a booking be canceled?
We will refund your deposit and cancel your booking if a cancellation request is received from you in writing (by email) at least 15 days before arrival date. Refunds can not be made if a cancellation request is received less than 15 days before arrival date.
8. How can I cancel my booking?
If a cancellation request is received from you in writing (by email) at least 15 days before arrival date we will refund the full deposit amount on the same card you used to make the booking. A $10 cancellation charge will apply.
10. Can a booking be changed?
A booking can be changed if a written request (by email) is received from you at least 10 days before arrival date providing that there is room available at the destination or resort. To request a change of booking please email us at

11. Is the booking on SurfingHolidaysAndBeyond.com safe?
Our goal is to make the booking process easy and safe. Booking with us is secured and safe and we do not keep any of your credit card information.
12. Is my personal information safe?
We do not share your personal information with any third party and would not use it for any purpose unless agreed by you (except perhaps by sending you our newsletter).
13. What is the role of SurfingHolidaysAndBeyond.com?
This website is an online tool assisting in the booking process and helping in making it easy and secured. We have no responsibility or liability with regards to your stay at the destination or resorts and the contract is between you and the destination or resort.
14. Who owns the destination and resorts?
Each destination and resort is privately owned and professionally managed. This website is designed to help you book your stay at the camp of your choosing and make the online booking process easy and secure.
15. Will it be cheaper to book directly with the destination or resort?
We offer the best prices available at the selected destinations and resorts. If you do find a difference in prices please let us know so we can address this with the destination or resort. Our goal is to provide you with the cheapest rates possible.
