We are located on the quiet end of the premier windsurfing and kitesurfing beach in the Philippines and probably one of the best in the world with shallow warm tropical water and a protecting reef. Even off season, without wind, it’s a lovely beach of coconut palms and clear blue water. Our property is right on the beach so you can enjoy (if you are not in the water yourself!) all the action from your private terrace. We have four tastefully furnished rooms to offer, a kite room for your equipment, and a Cafe serving tasty food and drinks at modest prices.
For family members and friends who don't windsurf or kitesurf Boracay is a lovely place to visit.
We have four rooms. Moringga, on the first floor, is the largest, with a wide terrace and loft for extra sleeping space. Santan and Ylang Ylang are well appointed ground level walk-outs, and The Hut, nestled back in the corner, is quaint and modest.
All apartments are fully furnished and include the following facilities*:
* Bedroom with queen size bed
* Kitchen with refrigerator and cook top
* Attached bathroom
* Hot water
* Air Conditioning and ceiling fans
* Cable TV
* Wireless Internet
* Room safe
* Nighttime security guard
*The Hut has a slightly smaller bed, and ‘natural’ air conditioning.
Rates are double occupancy, except Moringga, which is quoted for three pax.

» How to get there?
The nearest airport to us is Caticlan (just across the channel from Boracay Island), but service is currently limited as they work to upgrade the facilities. Most flights these days are routed to Kalibo, about an hour an a half from Caticlan.
From the Kalibo airport there are plenty of shared vans running right to the Jetty Port (ferry terminal) in Caticlan. Catch one of the many bangka boat ferries across to Boracay (about a 10 minute ride).
