• It is known for its 300 plus days-offshore winds, consistent swells and warm waters. Our mile long private beach has 2 world class surf breaks on it, Playa Colorado and Panga Drops. There is also a beach clubhouse with infinity pool in front of the amazing surf. We invite you to come and experience the best of Nicaragua while living in style in our beautiful condos. Surfing and the beach:

• This private beach is the best in all of Nicaragua. It is a wide and beautiful mile long stretch of white sand with picturesque headlands at both ends of the beach. The 300+ days per year of offshore winds is attributed to the close proximity of Lake Nicaragua. The surfing in Nicaragua remains optimal all day long, with the tides being your main deciding factor of when to paddle out. The best time for surfing in Nicaragua is April through September, which is when the most south swells hit the Nicaragua’s pacific coast. These breaks are two of the best in Nicaragua and offer completely different surfing experiences.

• Playa Colorado (named after the river Rio Colorado that forms the bank) is on the south end of the beach and is widely recognized as the most consistent and best beach break in Nicaragua. Colorado requires a short paddle out, and offers both rights and lefts with plenty of big, open barrels. This spot breaks best on an incoming tide and can handle swells anywhere from knee high to double overhead and bigger. There are several peaks and plenty of waves to be had. When this beach break is firing it is absolutely world class.

• Panga Drops is an offshore, horseshoe shaped rock reef that amplifies any swell and is located in the middle of the beach. It is a shifty wave that offers big take offs, long rippable walls, and big barrels on the inside section. Panga Drops breaks best on a lower tide and can handle any swell that hits Nicaragua. The break requires a long paddle out and is not for the weak paddler. It is a longboarders favorite from November through February, where it picks up any west swell better than any other break in Nicaragua with both lefts and rights. When everything else is flat, Panga Drops will be breaking. When the swell is pumping March through August, this wave turns into a monster holding up to triple overhead faces.


Activities:

• If you are traveling with your family or with a significant other that doesn't surf, this is by far the best place to be. Your children and or significant other can lay by the pool, play at the beach, play golf, go horseback riding, take a surf lesson, go on a day trip to local markets / sightseeing or take pictures of you surfing. You can surf all day while your family enjoys other activities.

Photography
• We'll send out a professional surf photographer who will capture every single one of your waves using the latest, state-of-the-art, digital SLR technology. You and your crew get to surf all day long, knowing that later, you will receive a CD containing hi-res copies of every drop-in, carve, barrel and wipe-out that happened that day - often over 500 photos. There is no better way to preserve the memories of your trip than to schedule a photo session.
- $150 per day for up to 6 people.

Surf Lessons and Training

• We base class time on the wind/tide/swell conditions of the day - this allows us to take advantage of the most ideal surf conditions. We've found that our students prefer to enjoy their stay at their own pace rather than commit to a rigid itinerary - therefore, everything is flexible.
- $75 per person.

Surfboard Rentals
• We are working with our local surf shop to provide this rental option to you the customer. If you reserve your surfboard in advance we will have your board waiting for you in your room when you arrive. All surfboard rentals include: Boardbag, Leash, Fins, and Fin key
- $25 - Daily rate for any board
- $125 - Weekly rate (7 days) for any board
- $50 - Board Delivery/Pick-up

Boat Trips for Fishing / Surfing
• We can arrange for you a 1/2 day or full day boat trip. The boat trip can be a surfing, fishing or a combination trip. This is not only a great adventure but it's also a great way to get out and see our magnificent coastline!
- $200 to $500 per day depending on number of people, what you want to do (bottom fishing, surfing, deep sea fishing), how long you want to stay out.

Day trips to local markets and sightseeing:
• Adventure, shopping and sports activities exploring other areas and activities of Nicaragua.

Capacity:

• We can accommodate large groups such as an entire surf industry groups, surf teams and large church groups, all the way down to just a couple looking for a getaway.

Our range is from 60 people down to 1 person.
